“ キングサイズの爆弾ハンバーグに白わさびソースでいただきました。 個人的にはキングサイズで丁度いいなと感じ、少食な男性でなければ男性の方はキングサイズをお勧めします。 また店員さんも親切で、ライスがおかわり無料なのですがライスがあと一口ってところで通りがかった店員さんが声をかけてライスをくださったり、食後にデザートをお願いしたのを覚えててくださって手早く提供してくれたのがとても印象的でした。 以下は初めて利用される方へ 店員さんがハンバーグを席に届けてくださったら目の前で2つに割ってソースをかけて焼いてくださるので下敷きを手に持って油ハネをガードしましょう。(これもちゃんと説明してくださいます) ”

“ 爆弾ハンバーグが有名なフライングガーデンさん。 久しぶりに寄らせていただきました。 綺麗で大きな店舗と清潔な店内、よく効いた空調でファミリー向けに特化しつつ、ステーキ専門店のハンバーグより確実に美味しいのは変わらずでした！ テーブルに案内されて大きなメニューからランチメニューのイチオシの爆弾ハンバーグは元々決めていたので、軽くメニューは眺める程度。 大きめのキングサイズで注文です。 前はダブルハンバーグがありましたが廃止になったようですね。 クイーンサイズは少し小さすぎて食欲ない時におすすめです。 食欲ない時はこのお店来ないか笑 公式に爆弾ハンバーグではなく「爆ハン」に呼び方を変えたようです。 数年前にうかがった時から改善されていたのは、和風ソースとにんにくソースが無料でおかわりできるようになった事。 これは嬉しいサービスですね！ ただ日替わりスープは１種類になってしまいました。 以前は2種類あって、トマトバジルスープが好きでした。 また食事セットの和食バージョンも無くなっているようです。 今回はオクラスープでしたが、他のファミレスさんより全然美味しい！ 温度も熱めです。 お料理が到着する間は店員さんのハンバーグマイスター？さんの手さばきのご説明や跳ねよけのテーブルシートのご案内など読みながら期待を高めて行きます笑 さて、じゅうじゅういってるプレートがワゴンで到着。 塊のハンバーグを半分に専用ナイフで切って最後の調理だそうです。 テーブルにお皿を移動して跳ねよけのシートを立ててソースをかけてもらいます。 もうじゅうじゅう言って良い香りが立ち込めてのクライマックスはいつ来てもお腹が鳴ります笑 ソースの跳ねが収まったのでいよいよいただきます！ お箸でいけるかと思ったけど、ナイフを使わないと切れないハンバーグは肉質が良く、粗挽き故の事。 これは確かに自慢のハンバーグですね！ ソースも追加頼むほど少ない訳ではなく、十分の量で、コーンなどの付け合せにも使える量です。 前はなかった皮付きポテトが美味しい！ ステーキ専門店でもありますが、ソースと絡めて食べるとこちらの勝ちですよ。 以前、ライスのおかわりもあった気がしますが、このご時世は無しなのは仕方ないですね。 それでも十分な量です。 食べ終わって綺麗なお手洗いをお借りして戻ってくると、なんとお水とお手拭きが追加で置いてくれているサービス！ こういう心配りは、また次にも来たくなる大切な印象を残してくれます。 駐車場も大きく、ホントにファミリーのお客様も多くて素晴らしいです。 ただし店舗数が少なく、食べたくなったらいつでも行ける環境にないのが残念。 千葉、茨城だけでなく是非都内への進出もお待ちしています。 ”
